Hi, I’m Heidi.
I’ve been stuck, lost, overthinking, and hard on myself too.
After 28 years as an Occupational Therapist and my own experience with illness and loss, I stopped trying to think my way through life and learned how to trust myself instead.
Now I help people get out of their head, see what’s actually going on, and reconnect with themselves so they can make clear decisions and move forward in a way that feels right.
I’ll help you notice what you might be missing, ask the questions you’ve been avoiding, and help you shift the patterns keeping you stuck so you can start trusting yourself again and take real steps forward.
