UNSHAKABLEME: THE AWAKENING
You Are Still In There.
Under the exhaustion.
Under the flares.
Under the years of trying.
Under the quiet grief of a life that keeps getting smaller.
This is how you find her.
For women with chronic illness who haven't stopped believing something more is possible.

A 6-WEEK LIVE SMALL GROUP TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM FOR WOMEN
You have tried everything.

The doctors. The specialists. The protocols.

The nervous system apps. The brain retraining programs.

The anti-inflammatory diets. The pacing strategies.

The podcasts. The books. The YouTube videos.
And something is still not shifting. Not because you haven't tried hard enough.
Because there is a layer underneath all of it that almost nothing you've tried has touched. It's the layer where your beliefs live.
What you actually think, deep down beneath all the trying, about whether your body can heal. Whether you deserve to feel better. Whether this is just your life now.
You Might Recognize Yourself Here
EXHAUSTED
You've built your life around managing your illness, conserving energy, planning around what you can't do, and you're exhausted from how much space it all takes.
SHRINKING
Your world has gotten smaller. Fewer friends, less work, less of yourself. The grief of that is something you carry quietly.
LOST
You find yourself explaining your limitations through your diagnosis. And somewhere along the way, the diagnosis became the explanation for almost everything.
WAITING
You're hoping the next thing will be the thing. But you've been at this long enough to know it probably isn't how it works.
What you don't know yet is that what feels permanent may not be.
Imagine...
A Different Morning
Waking up steady and calm instead of the body check.
Meeting The Flares
Having a hard day, a flare, a setback, and being able to meet it without the story that this is your life forever.

Choosing Beyond Fear

Saying yes to the trip. The dinner. The walk that's a little longer than last time. Not because you know you'll be fine. Because you've stopped letting fear make that decision for you.
Clear Intuition

Knowing the difference between what your body is telling you and what your fear is telling you.
An Untouchable Core
Having a version of yourself so solid, your illness can't touch it.
Objective Rest
Imagine feeling tired after a good day and just letting it be that.
Freedom Becomes A Possibility

TRY NEW THINGS
To take the longer walk without bracing for three days of payback. To push a little further and find out what your body can do.
CHOOSE
Can I? Should I? What will it cost me? That filter has become so automatic you barely notice it anymore. It has made your world very small. Imagine making a choice just because you want to.
DISCOVER
Not what the diagnosis says. Not what last month's flare suggested. What's actually possible when you stop living inside the fear of discovering the answer.
A QUIETER MIND
Having room in your head for something other than tracking symptoms.
The freedom to work again. To move again. To show up for your life again.
Not perfectly. Not without hard days. But without the cage you've built from fear - a cage that has felt like fact for so long you've stopped questioning whether it's real.
The cage where you hold the key.
I Know This Because I Lived It
Meet your guide, Heidi Blackie
Twenty-three years as an Occupational Therapist and working with thousands of people couldn't prepare me for the profound loss exacted by multiple chronic illnesses. All the identities I had worked my whole life for were stripped away slowly over 10 years as my world shrunk. At the bottom, I was 52. I couldn't drive. I couldn't work. My brain fog was so thick I couldn't form coherent sentences, and yet, I was still making dinner every night because the guilt of not contributing was louder than the illness.
I had tried everything. And nothing was shifting. For the first time, I stopped looking outside myself. And I asked one question: What am I believing about my ability to heal?
The answer stopped me cold: I won't heal. I will continue to get worse. I won't make it to 60.
I had been trying to heal while believing, at the deepest level, that I couldn't. The limits I had built from fear had become a cage I had stopped questioning - as real as the physical one the illness had already put me in.
And, I was the one holding the key.

I have found the person I am under the layers and the indomitable life force that is in all of us. I call it my UnshakableMe and it has forever changed everything about me and how I live. I want this for everyone. This is the framework I used to get my life back, grounded in science and soul.

The Layer Nobody Talks About
What you believe about your body and what you believe your symptoms mean is quietly shaping everything: how you feel, what you try, what you let yourself hope for, and what you've already decided isn't possible for you anymore. You have been fighting so hard for so long. This is where you finally get to put the sword down.

Not because your illness is in your head. Because belief lives in your body. And the stories running underneath everything you've already tried are either working with your healing or working against it.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
The Hidden Layer
What Shifts
The stories your illness has written about what your symptoms mean, what's coming, and what's still possible for you.
You get to choose the stories you live inside, and let go of the ones that were built from loss, not truth.
A nervous system that has been running on high alert for so long that it has forgotten what safe feels like, and your body is still paying the price.
When your body stops spending its resources on protection, more becomes available for healing.
The guilt, the grief, and the quiet belief that you should be further along by now.
You stop carrying a weight that was never yours to carry, and free up the energy that was going there.
The identity that formed around being sick: what you can't do, what you've lost.
The fear of trying, and finding out your ceiling is lower than you hoped.
You get to decide who you're becoming - built from what you're growing into, not what the illness took.
You try. You find out. Sometimes you surprise yourself. And either way, you stop letting the fear of what might happen make the decision for you.
This is the layer most programs skip entirely. It is the layer we go into together.
Inside UnshakableMe®: The Awakening
A six-week live cohort for women with chronic illness who haven't found the answers they're looking for, carefully structured into three phases, two weeks each.
Phase 1: Regulate & Reveal
WEEKS 1-2
Build the foundation. See what's been running underneath.
For years, your nervous system has been doing its job, keeping you safe in a body that felt like a threat. In the first two weeks, you'll learn to work with it instead of against it. You'll learn and integrate the tools that make the rest of this transformation possible. And you'll start to see, maybe for the first time, the beliefs and stories that have been quietly shaping your experience of illness, the ones you absorbed so slowly you never noticed they were there.
Phase 2: Reframe & Reclaim
WEEKS 3-4
Change how you see your illness. Come back to yourself.
This is where the relationship shifts. When you change the way you relate to your symptoms, they lose their grip. You'll stop seeing your diagnosis as the ceiling on your life and start seeing it as one part of a much bigger story. And you'll begin to reclaim the parts of yourself that illness quietly took: your sense of possibility, your trust in your own body, the woman underneath the illness.
Phase 3: Reimagine & Realign
WEEKS 5-6
Build the vision. Live toward it.
Who are you becoming? Not who you were before you got sick. Not who the illness made you. Who you actually are, and who you're choosing to be from here. In the final two weeks, you'll build a vision for your life that belongs to you and start aligning your attention, your choices, and your days with it. This is where your UnshakableMe stops being an idea and starts being something you can feel.
"You will not come out of this with your old life back.
You will come out with one you didn't know was possible."
What You Walk Away With
You'll leave with the ability to see the beliefs and stories that have been quietly running your experience of illness and real tools to work with them.
A new relationship with your diagnosis. Not defined by it. Not fighting it. Just no longer letting it write the story.

Your nervous system will have started to find safety again. Not perfectly. Not permanently. But the practices will be yours long after the six weeks end - and when hard things come, you'll find your way back faster.
You'll have a vision for your life that belongs to you, not to your illness, not to your past. And you'll have started to live toward it.

You uncover the part of you that was always there. Your UnshakableMe.

Is This For You?
This is for you if:
You are living with a chronic illness and you are exhausted.

You have done the medical and wellness work and something is still not shifting.

You are ready to look at the layer underneath: your beliefs, your stories, your relationship with your illness and yourself.

You want tools grounded in science.

You are willing to be honest with yourself, including about the uncomfortable things.
Some part of you, even a quiet part, still believes something more is possible.
This is NOT for you if:
You need acute medical care. Please prioritize getting that first.
You are looking for a medical treatment or symptom management protocol. This is not that.
You are currently working through significant trauma. (The application conversation can help clarify timing).
You are not ready to look inward. There is no wrong time, but the time needs to be right.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a medical program? Will this cure my illness?
No, and I will never tell you it will. This is a mindset and inner work program rooted in 28 years of OT practice and my own lived experience with chronic illness. What I can tell you is that when your nervous system begins to find safety, your body gets to function the way it was designed to. These practices work alongside your medical care — and for many women, they are what allows that care to finally land.

I've already done nervous system work and brain retraining programs. Is this different?
Yes. This program includes nervous system regulation, somatic practice, breathwork, and neuroplasticity work. What it adds is the layer most programs don't touch: your relationship to your illness, your identity, your diagnosis, and yourself. If you've done the other work and something is still missing, that's exactly the gap this addresses.
What kind of illness does this apply to? Any chronic illness or chronic health condition that has been taking up significant space in your life and your mind. This is not diagnosis-specific. The belief and story layer is relevant regardless of what you are living with.

How much time does this take?
The live session and midweek Q&A are your core touchpoints each week. Beyond that, most of what I ask of you happens inside your day, not on top of it. Noticing. Pausing. A few minutes of somatic practice when a symptom shows up. A check-in with yourself before you react. There is also journaling, meditation, and gentle movement at your own pace. Everything is recorded.

What if I have a flare during the cohort?
Every session is recorded and you have full access. This program is built to accommodate the reality of chronic illness, not work around it.

Is this program for trauma?
No. If significant trauma is present and unprocessed, this is not the right starting point. This works at the level of stories, beliefs, and the relationship to illness and self. If you are unsure, the application conversation will help us figure that out together.

Why is enrollment by application?
Because this is a small group and the right fit matters, for you and for everyone in it. The application is a brief, honest conversation. If it is not the right time or the right fit, I will tell you clearly.

Is there a refund?
Life happens. Cancel at least 10 days before the program starts and you'll get a full refund. Because of how personal this work is, there are no refunds once the program begins.

What if I am not sure I am ready?
Apply. The conversation will help both of us figure that out. Uncertainty is not the same as not ready.
Not sure if this is the right program for you?
