Your UnshakableMe Vision: When illness narrows your world, it can be hard to imagine life any different. In this module, you’ll define what a “thriving” version of life looks like for you. By creating your personal vision, you’ll know what to aim for and how to recognize small opportunities each day that move you closer to it.

The Power of Choice: Chronic illness can make it feel like you have no choices. But the truth is - you make hundreds of small choices every day that impact how you feel. This module helps you become more intentional with those choices, so you create days that support healing instead of draining you.

The Power of Attention: Where your attention goes, your energy follows. In this module, you’ll learn how to shift focus away from constant symptoms and onto what uplifts and strengthens you. This simple shift can improve your mood, reduce stress, and open space for healing.

The Power of Intention: Instead of moving through your days on autopilot, this module helps you set intentions that guide how you want to show up - for yourself and others. You’ll practice living with more purpose and alignment, so your daily actions reflect what matters most to you.

UnshakableMe® in Action: This isn’t the end, it’s your launchpad. In the final module, you’ll review what you’ve learned, celebrate your progress, and create a personal plan to keep strengthening your UnshakableMe long after the program ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time do I need to spend each day to work on building my UnshakableMe?

​It is recommended that you set aside at least 30 minutes a day to work on the program. Some steps are woven into your day (i.e. mindfulness) and others require scheduled time (i.e. meditation, journaling, videos). Lesson videos are between five and thirteen minutes and can fit into a busy schedule. You may wish to set aside additional time to engage in the Community and Live Sessions.

 

How long do I have access to the program?

The program is intended to take eight weeks, but, because everyone is in different places in their journey and life brings unexpected detours, you will have access to the program for six months after purchase. 

How long do I have access to the Community?

You will have complimentary access to the UnshakableMe® Community for the same six months you have access to the course.

Is this a trauma based program?

It's not a program specifically for trauma. Should you uncover unexpected traumas during the program that feel too big, we recommend finding a professional specifically trained for assisting with trauma as you continue the program.
