About Heidi
I know this from the inside.
I spent years patching myself up and keeping going - multiple jobs, competitive racing, always more. I felt like I was killing it.
Then the cracks appeared. Gradually widening to crevasses. Then a series of losses that hit a body that had no reserves left. My world shrank to my bedroom and the couch for months. I lost my energy. I lost my words. For a while, I lost myself.

What brought me back wasn’t pushing harder. It was going inward - learning to accept and love the body I’d been at war with, and building what I now call my UnshakableMe.
I created UnshakableMe because I believe that when you finally see yourself clearly - all of it - and stop fighting what you find, that’s when everything changes.
