Who I AM
I’m Heidi. I burned out so completely that my body shut down, and I spent the next 10+ years living with chronic illness.
​
As an occupational therapist, I’d spent years working with women trying to hold everything together - while doing the same thing myself.
What finally changed things wasn’t another tool, it was addressing the deeper patterns underneath: the pressure, the over-responsibility, the unconscious choices driven by fear and obligation.
When I combined nervous system work with that deeper pattern work, everything shifted. I didn’t go back to who I was before. I became clearer, more grounded, and more myself than ever.

This is the path I now guide other burned-out women through - so they don’t have to do it alone.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'm already so exhausted. How will I have energy for homework?
A: The action steps take 10-15 minutes a day, and are designed to GIVE you energy, not drain it. Week 1, you'll learn stress-reduction practices that quickly shift how you feel. Everything is bite-sized because I know you're already running on empty.
Q: When are the live sessions?
A: Live sessions are Sunday afternoons from 4-5pm Pacific Standard Time.
Mid-week sessions meet Wednesday evenings from 5-5:30pm Pacific Standard Time.

Q: What if I can't make the live sessions?
A: Every session is recorded. Watch on your schedule. The live sessions are ideal for real-time practice and Q&A, but the recordings work if you can't be there live.
Q: How is this different from therapy?
It's skills-based coaching using nervous system regulation, CBT, neuroplasticity, support and somatic practices. If you're in therapy, this complements it beautifully. If you're not, this gives you practical tools that create real shifts.
Q: I've tried meditation apps, self-help books, and programs before. Why will this be different?
A: Most programs give you tools that work in the moment. This teaches you those PLUS how to rewire the thought patterns, stories, and choices keeping you stuck. That's what makes it stick.
Q: What if I'm in a really demanding job/life situation and can't change anything external?
A: We often can't change external things - but we can change ourselves. You don't have to change anything external. This program helps you change how you respond, a story that is depleting you, and where you put your energy. Many women have demanding jobs and full lives. The practices are designed to fit into that reality.
Q: Will this help with physical symptoms (exhaustion, brain fog, sleep issues)?
A: Yes. Burnout affects your body. When you regulate your nervous system and shift thought patterns, physical symptoms often improve. Better sleep. More energy. Less brain fog. This isn't medical treatment, but the body responds when you address the root causes.

Q: Is there a guarantee?
I can’t guarantee specific outcomes - that depends on how you engage. What I can say is this: if you show up and apply what we cover, you won’t just collect more tools. You’ll start responding to your life differently: with more capacity, clearer boundaries, and a sense that you’re no longer one step away from burnout.
